The last couple of days have been a whirlwind of activity and I'd like to thank everyone at BBC Breakfast television for making me so welcome (again) and to Sheila in makeup who transformed a tired old lady into someone glamorous. Wish you'd come and live with me!
Having gone on air to speak out against the Ready for Ageing Alliance, I was swayed slightly in its favour by David Sinclair who made some salient points. I'll be looking at the target pack in more detail and writing about it later this month. In the meantime, I still refuse to listen to One Direction to be 'down with the kids!' You can see a section of the interview on my Facebook page.
Big thanks also, to Mike Sweeney from BBC Radio Manchester who is a bundle of energy and charismas. He is the best advert I have seen for a man aged 67. I thoroughly enjoyed meeting and talking to him. He really isproof that you are never too old to take on chalenges.
If you haven't seen the video about what happened when I took on some of the challenges that Charlie in the book attempts, then you can watch my efforts on YouTube. Click HERE to view it.
Finally, don't forget to get your copy of Three Little Birds ...
